1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy covers the website isomantel.com and the IsoMantel app, whether opened in a browser or added to your phone’s home screen.
2. In short
IsoMantel runs on your device. You don’t create an account, we don’t track you, and we have no access to your jobs, photos or PDF files.
3. Data stored on your device
In your browser’s storage (localStorage, IndexedDB and the offline cache) the app saves your chosen language and settings, your jobs (name, site, address, notes and dimensions), downsized photos attached to jobs, and the files needed to work without internet.
This data is not sent to us. You delete it by deleting a job in the app or by clearing the site data for isomantel.com in your browser settings. Please note that clearing browser data or removing the app deletes your jobs permanently, because we have no copy.
If you store other people’s data in jobs, such as a site address or a client’s name, please store only what you need for the work.
4. Camera and motion sensor
The angle tool uses the motion sensor and the sight mode uses the camera image. Access is only possible after you grant permission in the browser. Readings and images are processed only on your device. The sight-mode image is neither saved nor transmitted. You choose or take photos for jobs yourself.
5. PDF files and sharing
PDFs are created on your device. When you share one, for example by email or a messaging app, the data goes to the service you choose and is subject to its terms.
6. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on LH.pl servers in Poland (European Union). On every visit the server logs the IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and system type, and the response code. We do this to keep the site running and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; in Switzerland the revised FADP). Logs are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
7. Cookies, analytics and fonts
We use no tracking cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google. WordPress cookies are set only for the site administrator after logging in.
8. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process the details in your message in order to reply. We keep them until the matter is closed, unless the law requires longer retention.
9. International transfers
Our business is based in Switzerland and the server is in the EU. Switzerland and the EU recognise each other as providing an adequate level of data protection.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@mywork-ai.com. We cannot provide or delete the data described in section 3, because it exists only on your device.
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We plan to add user accounts, cloud backup of jobs and a paid subscription handled by Stripe. Before these features launch we will update this policy and announce it in the app.
